Community Center Room Reservations

Online reservations for Community Center Rooms are subject to the rules and cancellation policies below.
*If you need to make a reservation that does not meet the conditions below, have difficulties with the online reservation process, or want to inquire about a facility that is not available for online reservation, please contact our office at 703-228-4747 for assistance.

  • Minimum reservation time is 2 hours. Maximum reservation time is 4 hours. Please choose 4 to 8 consecutive 30-minute time blocks.
  • Online reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance and no more than 60 days in advance.
  • Online reservations must be at least 8 days apart. In other words, you cannot reserve a facility online for two consecutive Mondays. This restriction applies whether attempting to reserve the same room or a different room. In addition, only 3 online room reservations are allowed in a 90 day period.
  • Your reservation time must include any time needed by you to set up and clean up the room. You will not be able to access the room prior to your reservation time and must vacate the room at the reservation end time.
  • To allow for adequate staff transition time between reservations, online reservations may not be directly adjacent to another reservation.
  • Fees listed are hourly fees.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation or adjustment of a reservation must be reported at least 72 hours in advance of the use date to the Administrative Services Office by email ([email protected]). A $20 cancellation fee will be deducted from all refunds or credits. No refund or credit will be allowed if cancellation or adjustment is not received at least 72 hours in advance of the facility use.
    *In the event of inclement weather or circumstances beyond control leading to a DPR decision to cancel, a full refund will be provided without an administrative fee.
