Basketball and Volleyball Court Reservations

Online reservations for Basketball and Volleyball Courts are subject to the rules and cancellation policies below.
*If you need to make a reservation that does not meet the conditions below, have difficulties with the online reservation process, or want to inquire about a facility that is not available for online reservation, please contact our office at 703-228-4747 for assistance.

• Minimum reservation time is 2 hours. Maximum reservation time is 4 hours. Please choose 4 to 8 consecutive 30-minute time blocks.
• Online reservations must be made at least 1 day in advance and no more than 14 days in advance.
• Online reservations must be at least 8 days apart. In other words, you cannot reserve a court online for two consecutive Mondays. This restriction applies whether attempting to reserve the same court or a different court. In addition, only 3 online court reservations are allowed in a 90 day period.
• Fees listed are hourly fees.
• CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation or adjustment of a reservation must be reported at least 72 hours in advance of the use date to the Administrative Services Office by phone (703-228-4747) OR email ([email protected]). A $20 cancellation fee will be deducted from all refunds or credits. No refund or credit will be allowed if cancellation or adjustment is not received at least 72 hours in advance of the facility use.
  *In the event of inclement weather or circumstances beyond control leading to a DPR decision to cancel, a full refund will be provided without an administrative fee.
