Online Facility Reservations

Online reservations may be made for Tennis Courts, Picnic Shelters, Volleyball Courts, Outdoor Basketball Courts, and many Community Center rooms. Online reservations are subject to the rules and cancellation policy below.

If you need to make a reservation that does not meet the conditions below, have difficulties with the online reservation process, or need to reserve a facility that is not reservable online, please contact our office at 703-228-4747, option 2 for assistance.

Community Center Room Reservations

Online Reservations Minimum reservation time is 2 hours. Maximum reservation time is 4 hours. Please choose 4 to 8 consecutive 30-minute time blocks. Online reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance and no more than 60 days in advance. Online reservations must be at least 8 days apart. In other words, you cannot reserve a facility online for two consecutive Mondays. This restriction applies whether attempting to reserve the same room or a different room. In addition, only 3 online room reservations are allowed in a 90 day period. Your reservation time must include any time needed by you to set up and clean up the room. You will not be able to access the room prior to your reservation time and must vacate the room at the reservation end time. To allow for adequate staff transition time between reservations, online reservations may not be directly adjacent to another reservation. Cancellation Policy Cancellation of a reservation must be reported at least 72 hours in advance of the use date to the centralized scheduling office. A $20 administration fee will be deducted from all refunds. No refund will be allowed if cancellation is not received at least 72 hours in advance of the facility use. In the event of inclement weather or circumstances beyond control leading to a DPR decision to cancel, a full refund will be provided without an administrative fee.

Volleyball Court Reservations

Picnic Shelter Reservations

Online Reservations To allow for staff cleaning and trash removal, only one reservation at a shelter is allowed each day. Shelter reservations may be made beginning February 1, 2023 at 8am. Shelters may be reserved from the 1st Saturday in April through November 14. Online reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance. Online reservations must be at least 8 days apart. In other words, you cannot reserve a shelter online for two consecutive Saturdays. This restriction applies whether attempting to reserve the same shelter or a different shelter. In addition, only 2 online shelter reservations are allowed in a 90 day period. Minimum reservation length is 4 hours. Please choose at least 4 consecutive 60-minute time blocks when making your reservation. Your reservation time must include any time needed by you to set up and clean up the shelter. Fees listed are a flat rate, regardless of the length of your reservation. Cancellation Policy There are no rain dates or refunds issued for any reason other than cancellation by DPR. We will work with renters to reschedule to another date, if needed.

Tennis Court Reservations

Online Reservations Online reservations must be 60 minutes or 90 minutes long. Please choose 2 or 3 consecutive 30-minute time blocks. Online reservations must be made at least 1 day in advance and no more than 14 days in advance. Two 60-minute reservations may be made for a given day for a total of 2 hours of play time. Only one 90-minute reservation may be made for a given day.
