Shallow Aqua Fitness

You don't have to be a swimmer to condition your heart and lungs and increase muscle flexibility and tone in this low-impact workout. Great for those with joint pain and arthritis.

This class will be held in the competition pool. The temperature in that pool is between 80 and 82 degrees. You will need to use the ladder to get in and out of the pool.
