Target your body's core musculature, the basis of fitness and injury prevention. Use body-weight, balance and strength training exercises to focus on abdominals and back, improving posture and movement confidence. As this class is virtual, participants cannot be closely supervised and are responsible for securing a safe practice environment. You will need hand weights and a mat.
