Beginner Judo for Youth

Here's a course for students who are new to Judo and need to learn a basic foundation. This course will be limited to learning basic Kodokan Judo history and philosophy, customs and courtesies, warms-ups, posture, movement, balance, proper break fall techniques and a few selected throws and pins best suited for children. Classes are taught with fun and safety in mind. Judo uniforms can be purchased from the instructor for an additional cost. Upon completion of this course, students will have the option of joining Junior Judo.
