Adapted Yoga for Adults - 304008

This yoga class is specifically for adults with disabilities and will include sound therapy (chanting), eye exercises, breathing exercises, body postures, deep relaxation, and affirmation. The instructor is certified as a yoga therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapists, http://www.iayt.org/, and is able to accommodate a range of different ages and disabilities. The instructor will be available for short individual consultations before or after class. A guardian or caregiver is welcome to attend, please let staff know prior to the first class if you would like to consistently attend.
