This camp is for pitchers and catchers who want improve their skills at one of these positions. Pitchers receive individualized instruction on proper movement patterns and pitch grips, as well as strength and flexibility training. Catchers work on proper stances, receiving, blocking, and throwing. High School coaches and college players provide the instruction. Pitchers should bring glove and water bottle. Catchers need to bring their own catching gear.(Camps are only held Monday thru Thursday).
Campers will be primarily outdoors weather pending and should come prepared for outdoor activities.
