Credit Card Surcharge

A fee of up to 3% is charged by our credit card processor. Customers paying by credit card pay the fee directly to the credit card processor. Arlington County does not receive any portion of the fee. Pay online by eCheck to avoid the surcharge. If your eCheck payment is declined by the bank a $50 penalty will apply. Learn more about payment options.
NOTE: The credit card surcharge will not be refunded unless the program/reservation is cancelled by DPR. The $50 penalty for a declined eCheck will not be refunded for any reason.
